Josh Allen, of the Buffalo Bills, is the 4th quarterback on my list. Allen’s breakout season surprised a lot of people in the NFL. The addition of star wideout Stefon Diggs took their offense to the next level, and I expect them to continue to excel. If the Bills can maintain slightly more balance and a little bit less of the gunslinger persona the offense and Josh Allen will benefit. A true #1 running back could do that for a team like the Bills. Unfortunately they don’t have significant cap space to sign anybody of value, Aaron Jones, and they’ll have to hope for a stronger emergence from one of their current RB’s. With a more balanced attack Allen could be the number 1 QB on this list, but as of now I feel his floor could be in the 4-5 range if their offense stays one dimensional.
