Kyler Murray, of the Arizona Cardinals, is the 8th quarterback on my list. The electric runner and passer made an impact on the league in his second season earning the nickname “Hail Murray.” There is no reason to believe this production will disappear, as Murray has been able to maintain plays with his legs while also making numerous plays through the air. The addition of the extremely reliable DeAndre Hopkins vaulted Murray up this list, and I believe he has nowhere to go, but up. What the Cardinals do in free agency, and the draft will be very impactful on Murray’s season. The addition of a complimentary pass catcher to Hopkins would bring Murray into the 5-7 range.
