Matt Stafford is the 9th quarterback on my list. After a prolific career on a lousy team Stafford was traded to the Los Angeles Rams this offseason, and is set up for a prolific season. The Rams have a much better all around offense than the Lions with pass catchers Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods, 2nd year running back Cam Akers, and a stout offensive line, as well as the offensive geniuses of coach Sean McVay. Stafford threw for 4000 yards with one healthy Wide receiver, a terrible offensive line, and while dealing with a multitude of nagging injuries. The summer sun of LA will treat Matt Stafford extremely well, but his age, and new team keep him with a ceiling of no higher than 8-9 on my list.
